OCTOFROST IQF
The OctoFrost™ is an innovative IQF freezer with a unique set of features. Designed for individual quick freezing of volumes between 500-15,000 kg/h, the OctoFrost™ IQF tunnel excels at handling sticky, fragile and otherwise difficult products.
In every detail the OctoFrost™ is different to conventional IQF freezers. We have replaced the common conveyor belt with removable bedplates, for easy product change and reliable hygiene. The aerodynamics of the OctoFrost™ individual quick freezing tunnel, can be fine-tuned in individually controlled freezing zones, for low dehydration and gentle processing of a wide variety of products.
Depending on your need for capacity we have a range of models to suit your needs. With the small and compact footprint of OctoFrost™ freezers, it is on some occasions even possible to fit two OctoFrost™ in the space of one traditional belt freezer to significantly increase capacity.
